In this half-day hands-on class, you will learn some of the basics of leathercraft to create your own custom scissor sheaths and needle case!
Cate Kuzik of Ochre Lea will bring her trademark marbled and silkscreened leather to cut, hand sew, and set hardware on for your own fun coloured leather goodies. Want to add some more fun? Take Fabric Marbling on Saturday and use your own marbled leather to create your scissor sheaths!

Buying fabric? Measure twice so that we can cut once! Review your pattern. Check the unit of measure (we go by meters). Add a bit of length to factor in shrinkage during prewashing.
Buying patterns? Pattern size ranges can vary depending on the pattern, designer, and style. Review the pattern closely before purchase and check your own measurements against the pattern specifications. All patterns and printed materials (books, magazines, etc.) are final sale.
