Wool retains heat, so it’s like projects get ironed from both sides at the same time, all while saving energy. Made of premium quality New Zealand wool that is tightly felted and absorbs moisture from heat allowing for minimal to no required steaming. Projects can be pinned to mat for blocking. Soft smooth surface and lightweight and portable.
Use of steam not recommended when ironing. Do not use on top of a cutting mat. Do not roll or fold mat.
Size: 14"x14", 1⁄2” thickness keeps fabric stable and minimizes stretching.

Buying fabric? Measure twice so that we can cut once! Review your pattern. Check the unit of measure (we go by meters). Add a bit of length to factor in shrinkage during prewashing.
Buying patterns? Pattern size ranges can vary depending on the pattern, designer, and style. Review the pattern closely before purchase and check your own measurements against the pattern specifications. All patterns and printed materials (books, magazines, etc.) are final sale.
