New year means new skills! Starting January 25th join us in the RICK RACK studio for a bunch of returning favourites, a brand new basics class, and 3 different Pattern Clubs! Start your sewing journey, amp up your skills, and find a sewing community this year!

- Serger: Basics - Stop being scared to serge, and learn the techniques to finish edges in no time flat - now with a weeknight date!
- Serger: Advanced - Serging on the next level with knits & new woven skills
- Hemming Basics - Take your hems from wonky to wow in this half day class, and learn some super cool techniques
- Zipper Basics RETURNING CLASS! - Zip in and learn some awesome zipper installation techniques in this returning half day class
- Clean Seam Basics NEW! - Finish projects like a pro in this half day sample class. Learn polished seam finishes that you can do on your sewing machine!
Spend the day with us making garments or accessories by signing up for a one day project based class!
- Roll Pouch, Beginner Tote Bag, and Zipper Pouch - The perfect accessory classes for flexing your new sewing skills! Bring fabric to add your own flare, and gain confidence before you jump into garment making
- Intro to Sewing Clothes - Step into the world of making clothes using indie sewing patterns with the Hansie Top
- Intro to Sewing Knits - Demystify sewing knits in this super popular class & make the unisex Jackson Tee
- Paper Piecing - Learn the intricate art of foundation paper piecing in this full day quilting class. Create a beautiful feather design and turn it into a cozy hot water bottle cover (hot water bottle included!)
- Quilted Tote Bag RETURNING CLASS! - Traditional quilting meets modern application in our Quilted Tote Bag class. Learn the foundations of quilting and create a beautiful leather handled tote
Pattern Club - 3 NEW PATTERNS!
Join the club with no obligations or membership, and come sew some sweet indie patterns with a great group of people!
Bring your fabric, hang out for a day or two with our amazing instructors, Susy and Chelan, and have sew much fun. There will be some great discounts on your fabric, and patterns are included! We'll have sergers set up so you leave with an amazing finished garment!
Each session of Pattern Club will feature a different size inclusive, confident beginner to intermediate, indie pattern, so you can sign up for one or sign up for all of them.
